Return, Exchanges & Refunds Methods We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers -- our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well. However, If you have not received your item(s) or there are quality problems, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a investigation. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. International Refunds International orders must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization form to receive the refunded merchandise amount. Please contact Customer Service to receive this form. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form. Returns sent without the Return Merchandise Authorization form may not be refunded the full amount. We cannot offer free returns or merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Learn more about International Returns. Refund Policy Returns within 30 days, Product should be returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Buyer pays for return cost. Faulty goods must notified to us within 2 days of delivery and will be replaced, and redelivered free of charge. Please note: at our discretion we may decide to issue a full refund instead of providing a repair or replacement. The customer should arrange their own shipping back to us and ensure that the parcel is adequately insured. Goods that are repaired or replaced will be re-delivered free of charge. Damaged or incomplete goods will not be refunded in full. Goods damaged as a result of misuse will be s subject to a repair and redelivery charge. The customer will be advised of all chargeable repairs before such work commences. Repairs or replacements will be made free of charge if notified within 2 days of delivery, only where the fault is not caused by misuse of the product or through normal wear and tear. If you choose to return a product by courier you will need to cover the cost of postage, however if you are returning a faulty item your postage cost will be refunded once we have received back and checked the fault. For large items like E-Bikes, please try and use the original packaging when sending your items back and ensure it is securely packaged as we cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting. Bikes has to be packed in bike box for safe transport with proper packing material , couriers will not accept collection if bikes are not packed in a safe bike box. For faulty items, we will examine them and where applicable a refund will be provided to your account within 30 days.You can return any item for free at our storage - please contact for full address. Warranty All Our product purchased has one year limited warranty* unless stated otherwise. and all our E-bike conversion kits has one year motor warranty* the warranty does not include rim and spokes. E-bike has one year warranty on battery and electrical parts. The motor (warranty does not include rim and spokes) and the frame has one year warranty. Apart from the warranty cover mentioned in the above, we accept no liability whatsoever for any damages caused as result of using the product. Current consumer protection legislation states that items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty within 30 days then you are entitled to request a full refund of the faulty product. Should a fault occur after the initial 30 days, we are entitled to repair and/or replace that item. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, then you may be entitled to a refund. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. If determines that a product is defective, in its sole discretion, Eco sports limited sole liability will be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. 2. Eco sports limited will not be responsible for costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of the loss of use of the product. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to those imposed under applicable law. 3. The warranty applies only to products purchased from our online store sudoo.co.uk and is valid only for the original purchaser. Warranty transfers are not possible. 4. Any product that we request to be returned to Eco sports limited for warranty inspection must receive a prior return authorization, which can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org 5. If you ship products directly, we recommend using a tracked / insured service. 6. Eco sports limited does not assume any responsibility for the products during the customer’s shipment to our Warranty Department. Shipping costs are not refundable. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS This limited warranty does not apply to: 1. Damaged by accident, neglect, improper use or handling. 2. Damaged by extreme weather or environmental conditions. 3 Normal wear and tear and aging of product. 4. Cosmetic flaws or colors may vary from those shown. Cosmetic flaws or variations in color are not covered by warranty. 5. Use in excess of the manufacturers recommended maximum load capacity. 6. Failure to comply with pressure recommendations, assembly / disassembly and handling procedures. 7. Does not cover any puncture, cut or abrasion sustained in normal use or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage. 8. Damage caused by excessive UV / heat exposure (shown with distinct yellow glue spots around the seams or fading of parts such as fins and logos) 9. Damages caused by the use of solvents, adhesives. To the extent any limitation or exclusion contained herein is contrary to any country, state, or provincial law, such limitation or exclusion shall be severable and all other terms herein shall remain in full force and effect and are valid and enforceable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights. For Consumers who are covered by state, country or provincial consumer protection laws or regulations, the benefits from this warranty are in addition to all rights conveyed by such consumer protection laws.
We ship from UK or China. Package handling only takes one business day at our store. Please make sure your shipping address and payment information before check out. Once payment is completed, Please contact us by email if changes are needed before we send out items. If you have any changes, please inform us before 2pm at GMT+1 in the same day. For international buyer: Import duties, taxes and charged are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyer will be responsible for these charges. And international shipping will usually takes 7 to 15 days, which depends on the customs. Note: * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing an order; * Delays will be occured due to invalid address, customs clearance, holidays or any force majeure like natural disasters, bad weather or war. * Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shippment if the package does not arrive in time, our representaive will get back to you within 24 hours.
